Court Rules
Tennis & Pickleball Courts

The LCRA maintains 3 courts for the purposes of tennis and pickleball. The tennis nets are always kept up; there are six moveable pickleball nets that may be moved around on the courts as needed for pickleball. The tennis courts are subject to seasonal closures based on levels of snow and ice; they may also be closed without notice for repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.

Bookings are only available to LCRA members in good standing. Non-members are prohibited from making bookings; those received will not be honoured.

All individuals using the courts must adhere to the below rules:

Online Booking Rules:​​​

Bookings can only be made by LCRA members in good standing (no external bookings).

Members are restricted to 1x one-hour booking per day.

Bookings cannot be made within 12-hours of a certain time (i.e., same day bookings not permitted).

Bookings can be made up to a week in advance.

Cancellations must be made within 12-hours of the booking time, otherwise a penalty will incur.

3x penalties or no-shows for bookings will result in suspension of the member’s CourtReserve account for the season.

Slots that are non-booked are First-Come, First-Served; check-in on-site with a Court Attendant to inquire on open slots.

The LCRA reserves the right to change or cancel bookings, as well as re-assign court use/priority, as necessary.

Rules for Court Usage:

Abusive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

Members need to clean up their belongings and garbage - leave the space how you found it.

All players must wear non-marking court shoes designed for tennis or pickleball - cleats, sandals, boots, flip-flops, or bare feet are prohibited.

Pickleball courts 1-4 are for PICKLEBALL USE ONLY; the last court (west-most) is for TENNIS ONLY.

Volleyball Courts
​
The LCRA maintains 2 courts (one near the tennis/pickleball courts, one near the back waterfall) for the purposes of beach volleyball. The nets are always kept up during the open season; the courts are subject to seasonal closures based on temperature and levels of snow/ice; they also may be closed without notice for repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.

All individuals using the courts must adhere to the below rules:

The courts operate on a “First-Come, First-Served” basis.

The courts may be used for 30 minutes at a time, at which point users must yield to anyone who may be waiting.

The usage of all courts is limited to beach volleyball only.
