General Rules

These rules apply to all residents and their guests; it is the responsibility of each property owner to ensure all property occupants and guests are aware of all posted LCRA rules and regulations and follow them accordingly.

All park amenities and activities are unsupervised; use of, and access to, the LCRA property and amenities is done so AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Access

    • See Guest Rules for more information on guest access.
  • Members and guests are not permitted to enter or remain in the park when the park is closed. Access is only allowed during posted operating hours to ensure safety, proper supervision, and compliance with LCRA regulations.

  • Anyone who is not permitted in the park outside operating hours may be considered to be trespassing.

  • Members and their guests are required to follow all directions and instructions given by LCRA staff. This ensures the safety of all visitors, proper operation of facilities, and compliance with Association rules and regulations.

  • Members MUST present their LCRA membership card to gain entry, if you do not have your card, you will not be allowed access – this is non-negotiable.

  • If a member has lost their membership card, new ones can be printed at the LCRA Office for $5.00 (debit, cheque or cash – credit cards are not accepted).

  • LCRA members are not permitted to sign in other LCRA members (from different properties).

    • This allows us to better track and restrict access to unpaid accounts.
